Amendments

1. Clause 39: Entire consortium
   Contractors resuesting a contribution of less than 150000€ need not submit an audit certificate until the cumulative amount is equal to or exceeds 150000€.
2. Clause 23: UJF / INPG
   UJF/Verimag may include costs from INPG/Verimag in its eliegible costs.
3. New contractors: EPFL, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, ACE, Tidorum, Kaiserslautern
   
4. Clause 23: INRIA/Université de Rennes, CNRS/ENS Cachan
   INRIA May include eligible costs from the Universitè de Rennes;
   CNRS may include costs from ENS Cachan.
5. Changes to the consortium TU Berlin added; STM leaves the project; DoW modified accordingly
6. Y4 reporting period extended to 13 months
