Dear ArtistDesign partners,

Just after the end of the second reporting period (31st of December 2009), we must receive and sign off financial / manpower reporting (a race against time). The project officer has insisted heavily on getting this information well before the review (Feb 2010, Brussels).

Consequently, I would like you to send me, as soon as possible (VERY URGENT), the following excel file, containing 2 tabs:

• a 1 line comment on your work in each workpackage carried out
• breakdown of the costs you intend to declare for Y2

IMPORTANT: Be sure to place your costs for "Spreading Excellence" under WP2 / “Other activities”.

Of course, do not hesitate to contact me for any question about the financial statement.
