Preparation Meeting - Thursday Dec 11th, 2008

• Location
   The preparation meeting will be held from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Floris Ustel Hotel - 6-8, Square de l’Aviation - 1070 Brussels - Belgium
   Hotel Floris Ustel
  is a 3-star hotel located in south-central Brussels : less than a 15-minute walk from the famous Grand-Place and a few steps away from the South Station (Gare du Midi), terminal of the Eurostar and Thalys.
  Getting to the hotel from the airport is easy
  . by express train to the South Station (Gare du Midi) which is just a two minute walk from the hotel.
  . by taxi (30 minutes)
   Brussels metro plan
  Metro stop: Lemmonier underground station and Lemmonier bus stop are opposite the hotel.
   A WiFi connection will be provided during the preparatory meeting.

   2 nights : Wednesday Dec 10th, 2008 & Thursday Dec 11th, 2008

• Dinner
  A dinner for all persons who have registered for the Dec 11th dinner will be held at 7:30 pm
  Please note that each person will pay his/her dinner.
