Preparation Meeting - Thursday Jan 22nd, 2009

• Location
   The preparation meeting will be held:

   This is a 3-star hotel located in south-central Brussels: less than 15 minutes walking distance from the famous Grand-Place and a few steps away from the South Station (Gare du Midi), terminal of the Eurostar and Thalys.
   Getting to the hotel from the airport is easy
  . by express train to the South Station (Gare du Midi) which is just a two minute walk from the hotel.
  . by taxi (30 minutes)
   Brussels metro plan
  Metro stop: Lemmonier underground station and Lemmonier bus stop are opposite the hotel.
   Some WiFi connections will be provided during the preparation meeting.
