Organizer Karl-Erik Arzen

Date 13 - 16 June 2005

Venue Lund, Sweden

Main Objectives The aim of the workshop is to gather key researchers within the control and real-time computing fields to chart the research agenda for the next decade in control for embedded systems. Participation in the workshop is by invitation only. The format will be quite flexible with only very few pre-scheduled presentations. The focus should be on discussions and debates.. In addition to suggesting new research problems and identifying gaps in current theory and practice, the workshop will provide appropriate recommendations to both control and computer science researchers as well as to EU, NSF and national funding agencies regarding the viability, importance, potential, and expected impact of key identified prospective contributions and research directions in the field.
