The research group on Computer Engineering at ETH Zurich (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology) has an opening for a PhD student in the field of embedded and mobile information and communication systems.
The Computer Engineering and Networks Laboratory offers a creative international environment, a possibility to conduct highly competitive research on a global scale and involvement in teaching. Within the project, there is plenty of opportunities to cooperate with national and international partners. There is the possibility to gain valuable experience in the emerging field of embedded and mobile systems, in terms of new theoretical models and methods and/or in prototype systems. It is expected that a successful PhD thesis is written in a time frame of 3-4 years.
